1. MIS REPORT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

• Manage Contact Center forecasting and scheduling.
• Establish process improvement through creation of business applications used by contact center (automation, scorecard system, new application for online quiz etc.)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in IT Executive/MIS or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Have a good programming skill
• Have a basic leadership skill

2. DESIGN ASSURANCE STAFF (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

• Audit existing fiber optic cable network, on the field, with open enclosures (box/casing of fiber splicing) to get accurate data core connection.
• Audit and updating data fiber optic cable in building, patch panel and DCS (Data Corporate Service) customer on BDF (Building Distribution Frame)
• Provide accurate data of core management and logical drawing for DCS project and to support maintenance problem solving.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 40 years old
• Min STM/D3/S1
• Min 1 years experience on cable installation
• Able to operate fiber optic fusion splicer
• Familiar with CATV network (e.g FO Enclosures
• Computer literate (MS Office and Visio)
• Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

3. TECHNICIAN (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:

• Male, maximum 30 years old
• Min STM/D3/S1 (Electricity, Electronics or Telecomunication)
• Min 1 years experienced
• Willing to work Shift
• Have a good skill in network area
• Computer literate (MS Office and internet application)
• Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

4. INVENTORY STAFF (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci Tangerang)
Responsibilities:

• Filling, issue the daily stock
• Monitoring database and stock availability
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 25-30 years old
• Min Diploma 3 or S1 degree any discipline
• 1-2 years experienced at warehouse / logistic inventory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Computer literate (MS Office and internet application)
• Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

5. REPORTING SUPPORT STAFF (ADMIN) (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci Tangerang)
Requirements:

• Male – Female, 25-28 years old
• Min D3/S1 any discipline (preferably from Information Technology)
• Min 2 years experienced
• Have a good administration skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Office) and programming skills
• Willing to be place at Karawaci Office

6. NETWORK ENGINEER (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci Tangerang)
Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Strong work experience and analytical skills in isolating faults & network problem.
• Skilled in working with domain , DNS, DHCP, firewall, internet and security.
