- coordinate the receiving & warehousing operation, replenishment and distribution activities (OM/WS)
- ensure all operation follow the standard procedure (OM/WM/WS)
- ensure the system of inbound and/or outbound process is carried yout properly without mistakes (WM/DE)
- conduct physical check & reconcile wit data storage system (WM/WS/IC)
- able to provide effective & efficient transportation system (OC)
- ensure picking process & equipment usage are conducted properly to avoid any shrinkage or wrong picking (PC/OPR)
- Check the accuracy of outgoing product activities with strict adherence to establish procedure (SA).
- Planning, organizing, developing policies, selection and placement, training & development, Performance Management (HRO/HRA)
- Relevant experience in warehousing/distribution center for retail/FMCG industry (ALL)
- Familiar with WMS/TMS (OM/ws/DE/IC/OC)
- Minimum diploma (D3) in any major or related field (WS/OC/CS/OPR/P/C/SA/HRO)
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major or related field for manager level (OM/WM/HRA)
- Good understanding of HRIS, payroll & Labor law (HRO/HRA)
- Good spoken and written English is a must
